• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Share your account credentials

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Billing

• 30-day free trial available for new users
• After trial: $5/month or $45/year
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Intellectual Property

All content and functionality on EveryPet, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EveryPet and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

EveryPet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. EveryPet is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
